You may guarantee your reservation with a credit card or by sending one night's lodging within 7 days of initial reservation. The balance is due in full at time of check-in. Rates are based on single or double occupancy

Cancellations

We require 72 hours notice for all cancellations. If you fail to honor this reservation policy for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.

Magnolia Inn Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for early departures arising from illness, work or family conflicts, or inclement weather.

Check-in / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive later than 6:00 PM, please notify us.
Check out time is 11:00 AM.

General Policies

For the comfort of all guests we are a non-smoking inn
Each guest room is totally unique, varying in size, amenities and décor
Lit candles are not allowed in any of the guest rooms
Maximum 2 guests per room
Guests must be 12 years or older
No pets
A military discount is given to active members of the military with a current military ID
