Reservations:
You may guarantee your reservation with a credit card or by sending one night's lodging within 7 days of initial reservation. The balance is due in full at time of check-in. Rates are based on single or double occupancy

Cancellations:

We require 72 hours notice for all cancellations. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards any future reservations made within the following year.
Magnolia Inn LLC is not responsible for early departures arising from illness, work or family conflicts, or inclement weather.

Each guest room is totally unique, varying in size, amenities and décor

Lit candles are not allowed in any of the guest rooms

Maximum 2 guests per room

We have two adorable silky terriers that think they are the owners of Magnolia Inn and as such, they remain in the owner’s quarters.
